Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern access to the Assets Bulletin website, newsletters, model portfolios, market commentary, dashboards, and subscription content. Please read them carefully — they include a binding arbitration clause and class-action waiver for United States users (Section 14).

1. About the service — we are a publisher
Assets Bulletin (the "Service") is a subscription-based financial newsletter and market-commentary publication for self-directed investors, operated by Assets Bulletin LLC ("we", "us"). We publish impersonal editorial research, market views, educational observations, model portfolios, systematic screens, and AB-AI-assisted commentary of general and regular circulation.
We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, fiduciary, or portfolio manager. We do not provide personal financial advice, discretionary management, execution, brokerage, custody, tax, or legal services, and we rely on the bona fide publisher's exclusion under Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and analogous provisions elsewhere.
2. No personal advice; no fiduciary relationship
Nothing on the website, in any dashboard, newsletter, model portfolio, bulletin, signal, alert, e-mail, or other communication is tailored to, or based on, your personal circumstances, objectives, financial situation, risk tolerance, tax position, or suitability requirements. No subscriber relationship, communication, or payment creates an adviser-client or fiduciary relationship. You remain solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Paid access, exported reports, copied content, and subscriber-only materials must not be shared with unauthorised third parties.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid tiers renew automatically at the then-current price for the selected billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Subscription Policy, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices, tiers, and included features may change with notice effective at your next renewal. Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe); we do not store full card details.
5. Model portfolios, signals, and commentary are editorial
Any portfolio, watchlist, ranking, score, "Trifecta Portfolio", "Momentum Signal", "Signal of the Day", "Hot Assets", thermometer reading, or similar output is illustrative, impersonal editorial content addressed to our readership as a whole. These are not managed accounts, mandates, trade instructions, or recommendations to any individual person. References to entries, targets, stops, or sizing describe the editorial framework's internal bookkeeping — they are not directions for your money.
6. AI-assisted content
Portions of the Service are generated or assisted by machine systems (branded "AB-AI"), including large-language-model synthesis and quantitative engines. Such output can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, may not reflect events after its generation time, and is provided for editorial and informational purposes only.
7. Risk warning
All investing involves risk, including total loss of capital. Markets are volatile; securities, ETFs, leveraged and inverse products, and derivatives carry additional risks and are unsuitable for many investors. Past performance, backtests, hypothetical allocations, model-portfolio results, and AI-generated assessments are not reliable indicators of future results, and model outcomes may differ materially from real-world execution (fees, slippage, taxes, timing).
8. Third-party data and links
Market data, quotes, fundamentals, and news are sourced from third parties that we do not control. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and third-party sources may become unavailable. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the Service.
9. Intellectual property and acceptable use
All site content, newsletters, research notes, branding, engines, scores, exported materials, model portfolios, and dashboards remain our property or that of our licensors. Subscriber content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not scrape, resell, redistribute, systematically download, reverse-engineer, frame, or use the Service to build a competing product, nor attempt to circumvent access controls or interfere with the Service's operation.
10. Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, update, improve, or discontinue parts of the Service, pricing, features, engines, or content at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete data accuracy, or continuous access to any given feature or third-party data source.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR ITS CONTENT. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party right.
14. Dispute resolution — binding arbitration and class-action waiver (U.S. users)
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. If you reside in the United States, you and Assets Bulletin agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse.
Class-action waiver: disputes must be brought on an individual basis only. YOU AND WE EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Opt-out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by e-mailing us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, account e-mail, and intent to opt out. Opting out does not affect any other provision.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Section. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall proceed in court.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to Section 14. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to you.
16. Changes to these Terms; contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified via the Service or e-mail and take effect on the stated date (or at your next renewal for paid tiers). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Questions: contact support via your account or the address published on the Service.
