Subscription, Billing & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains recurring billing, cancellation timing, and statutory consumer rights relevant to newsletter subscriptions.
1. Subscription products
Assets Bulletin, operated by Assets Bulletin LLC, offers paid digital subscriptions for newsletter, dashboard, and premium intelligence access. Some tiers may be purchased online, while some premium tiers may be handled through direct enquiry or bespoke onboarding.
2. Recurring billing
Where a subscription renews automatically, you authorise recurring charges at the published rate unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Pricing, features, and access terms may change on renewal with prior notice where required.
3. Cooling-off and statutory rights
If UK or EU consumer protection law applies, you may have statutory cooling-off rights for distance contracts. Where you ask for immediate access to digital content during a cooling-off period, your rights may be affected to the extent permitted by law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle. Unless required by applicable law, cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically create a retrospective refund for prior access periods already provided.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are assessed in light of applicable consumer law, billing status, access already delivered, and the nature of digital content supplied. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
